Beyond The Clouds
Moving forward at any cost
Never forgetting what you lost
Putting ever increasing distance
Between the revenge seeking man you are
And the innocent child you once were
His life slipped away
At the hands of the one you now hate
The flightless prince, fallen from grace
Lost his noble rank long ago
And his life was soon to follow
You swore the rest of your days
Would be dedicated to the fruitless pursuit of revenge
You don't care if your road leads to dawn or dusk
But no matter how far you move forward
You'll never move on
You blindly dive into the future
Though you still cling to the past
Always remembering
His look of agony y

Emptiness unexpected
Honesty~ brutally beautiful
Bravery~ indisputable
Reflections of the mind's eye
Detection of soul's lie
Sadness depleted, heart unbound
Silent screaming: n..o…s..o...u…n….d.…

Ripples casting
Swirling paths, everlasting
Never knowing where to go
Trusting, even so
Reflections of one's self in pain
Hold me closer
--no blame
Trying to realize love,
is in the giving of
No one can complete another,
but some things we must teach each other

faintly felt within
Different lives reaching out again
Reflections now,
a soul shi

I wish for
a day that I
was not pained
by your memory,
a day when I
did not feel
certain death
was upon me.
I search for
any means
of escape,
yet it seems
a feeble attempt
at erasing that
which will never
vanish from the
depths of my mind.
You have
broken me,
and I can
do nothing
more than
crawl at
your feet,
begging you
to release
me from
this mournful
existence.
You deny my
hand and I have
found a way to
reach my end…
